Weekends are not always my best time to do any heavy cleaning. Between sports and family events, there is a lot of coming and going....and I found myself being constantly frustrated when my plans for chores and tasks were always thwarted. It dawned on me at some point that I didn't have to use Saturday as my "Big Clean" day....I could spread it out during the week actually enjoy the weekends more. It gave me a huge sense of relief to simply change my schedule around to serve ME, and not the other way around.
Today's Small Thing requires no heavy lifting or deep cleaning, but will give you a sense of satisfaction just the same - just in time for the weekend. It is to make your guest bathroom (or any bathroom that a guest might use) presentable - or "guest ready."

I would never leave this bathroom if it was mine...
Step inside your bathroom and look at it as if you were someone who just happened to drop by. Is the toilet yucky? Soap scum on the counter? Mirror splattered with toothpaste? Towels in disarray?
Hey, mine too! But not for long.
Grab some spray cleaner and paper towels (or pop-up wipes) and get busy for about 7 minutes. That's really all it will take to make it sparkle! Set a timer if you don't believe me.....I'll wager that most everyone can get it done in less time than you think.
POINTS: 60 - why not?? Let's get in there and make it happen! Get that bathroom guest-ready....and then lock yourself in there to enjoy some peace and quiet....and clean.
