Thank you, THANK YOU for your sweet, encouraging and wonderful comments yesterday!! I have read and re-read each one, choking back tears and smiling at each. Oh, how you have blessed me! I was going to try and reply to each individual, but am still having problems with Typepad's comment feature which makes replying difficult. Please know how much I appreciate your thoughts and prayers and well-wishes! I hardly know what to say, except "thank you."
I thought you might like to see how we told my side of the family about our Big News! Since we already had a get-together planned on December 27 with everyone, we decided to wait and tell everyone about the baby all at once. And since each family was invited to perform a skit or song, we thought it might be fun to make our announcement with a skit. It was a hoot!
Cast members are: (left to right) Me, my husband Tom, Meghan (20), Robert (SIL 23), Lauren (22), and Grayson (14). The lady with the big surprised look is my mom, and next to her is my dad.
