The highlight of my week was getting slobbered on by a local college mascot, Beau the bulldog.
I was invited to a special ribbon cutting open house at the newly renovated student commons area. I'd painted the murals a couple of months ago and it was my first chance to see the finished space. Beau did not seem impressed that his portrait painter was there, he was more interested in a squeaky toy that had been given him for the occasion.
